We begin each workout with a short, Bible-based devotion and end with a group prayer. We know that nothing is possible without God’s power!
We meet Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:00–7:00pm upstairs at the church.

Meet the leader of Faith and Fitness - Brian Gallant
Brian is a former CrossFit Level 1 Coach with experience coaching at one of the largest CrossFit gyms in Colorado Springs and is CrossFit Endurance Certified.
"Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s a passion. I love anything that challenges the body and mind, whether it’s running, hiking, mountain biking, or conquering 14'ers. There’s nothing better than getting outside and pushing past limits in beautiful Colorado."
